Transition Reno Core Group formed to have an interaction hub between our action groups. If you are in one of the action groups and want to learn more about other groups join us (email: webmaster@transitionreno.org)

Vision

Channel the collective genius of the community to transition to build local resilience and self reliance in Reno/Sparks.

Goals

  1. Be the support hub for Action Groups to bring all efforts together to reach our common vision.
  2. Create a platform for re-skilling classes - Organize and manage our Transition website for information exchange, outreach and education. 
  3. Provide support and guidelines such as positive visioning and open space for our Action Groups to create a comprehensive EdAP 
  4. Provide consistent representation of Transition purposes, principles and pathways
